One Month + One Day to Go

One of my favourite things to do is to sit with a nice cup of tea and browse through my books, a la craft porn, i guess! I spent part of yesterday going through my various craft books, looking for some inspiring gift ideas for Christmas. Of course, this was after, 'oh my goodness, i barely have a month to make presents!' After an extended break from my wonky sewing machine, and some time in general not feeling so creative, i am back and committed to make at least some wee gifts.

When on my weekend trip to NYC this past summer, i went to Purl Soho and got these adorable fabric quarters. I think they will be used at least for some trinkets of goodness. Aren't they adorable? I'm already thinking of some great ideas for quick sewing projects. Too bad i don't have any more 'quick sewing gift books' like the Last Minute Gift series....
